Happy 4th

We have a flag pole on our porch. The flag was getting very worn and tattered. While on a trip to Wally world, I picked up a new one. I was telling the kids how important our flag is and what is stands for. After getting back home the kids ran off to "make something" like they always do. Well check out what my 8 year old made all by himself. Notice there are 50 stars...
I was pretty impressed to say the least. These are white construction paper, red, and blue. He used a white crayon for the stars, and taped it all together. I thought for being 8 it was quite good. Its pretty big too its at least a ft tall...
Just wanted to share

Probably my favorite photo of an American Flag this year. (And I took lots of them!) There is something indescribable about an 8 year olds' perspective. Thanks for sharing.

Greetings! I’m visiting from the Blog Frog Mom Loop Community Comment Follow and I am blessed for having stopped by.
